Special Offers
Affinity Benefits are meant to improve costs, features or administration for Tech Council members. Tech Council members who wish to offer a benefit to the membership will receive first priority consideration. Tech Council members who refer a non-member provider of a benefit will receive second priority. General considerations for inclusion of benefits will include:
- The benefits have observable potential to improve Tech Council membership, to benefit members or to benefit the operation of member companies.
- The benefits offer an improvement over what is available to non-members.
- The provider was referred by a Tech Council member (who discloses financial interests in the offering.)
- The benefits do not involve multi-level marketing of Tech Council members or assures suppression of multi-level marketing features with respect to Tech Council members.
- The provider pays a royalty to the Tech Council to obtain an exclusive relationship and endorsement by the Tech Council.
Once chosen, the Tech Council will allow selected benefit providers to contact its membership for the specific purpose of offering the selected benefit. The Tech Council agrees to assist in providing contacts where needed and publicizing wherever the Tech Council deems necessary for informational purposes to our membership.
The Tech Council will have the unconditional right to cancel an offering for any reason deemed necessary. Benefit providers agree to hold the Tech Council harmless from any torts or wrongdoing by itself or its agents in the implementation of Tech Council benefits.
